MeasuredBIM.  We provide survey grade modelling services of existing buildings and structures.

Traditional Surveying.  We use traditional surveying methodology, combined with advances in survey techniques and technology, to ensure that the BIM assets we produce are as close to an accurate representation of the physical asset as is possible.

Robust Checks.  All our models are grounded on traditional 2D CAD data sets. We feel that this is imperative in the process to ensure that survey accuracy is maintained and that the integrity of the building stands up to scrutiny before it stands up in 3D.

CAD & BIM.  We believe that having an independent and robust set of 2D CAD drawings rather than having those derived from a BIM model adds an extra layer of confidence in the service we produce.
